Printing a Checklist

Use the Print Page button on each checklist to print it for use offline and in the field.

Using Multiple Windows

This Checklist Tool is designed so that all links open the target document within the same browser window. If you would find it helpful to have two browser windows open—for example, one to navigate between pages, and another to continually view this checklist:

  • Start a separate instance of the Checklist Tool and navigate it independently.
    To do this now, click here or press Ctrl+N (in most browsers).
    OR
  • Click a link while holding down the Shift key.
    (Functionality may vary with browser.)
    OR
  • Right-click any link and select Open in New Window.
    (Functionality and menu wording may vary with browser.)

Note: In some browsers, or with some browser plug-ins, these techniques may open new tabs instead of new windows.

Copying Checklist Items

Note: These instructions are for Internet Explorer 6.x. Other browsers may differ slightly.

To copy text from any checklist:

  1. While holding down the Ctrl key, click a checklist item to select it.
  2. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selection to the Windows clipboard.

If this procedure proves difficult in your browser, try saving the entire checklist as a text file:

  1. Open the File menu, then select Save As.
  2. In the Save as type list, select Text File.
  3. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the text.
  4. In the File name box, enter a file name for the saved text.
  5. Click Save.
