Boiler Tune-Up Programs
HVAC equipment works around the clock keeping building occupants comfortable through constantly changing conditions. Imagine how this daily wear-and-tear can degrade equipment’s efficiency. When it does, a vicious cycle of increasing energy costs, equipment fatigue, and occupant discomfort begins. One way to prevent these problems is through regular equipment tune-ups. PECI, in coordination with qualified service contractors, is piloting simple and effective programs that provide financial incentives for completing HVAC equipment tune-ups—saving energy, extending equipment life, and improving occupant comfort in the process.
Building Tune-Up and Operations (BTO) Program
From 2005-07, PECI Worked closely with Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. implementing the BTO Program which included several retrocommissioning projects, follow-up services for building tune-ups, and boiler tune-ups. Learn more.
