Incentive Programs
Leveraging 30 years of energy conservation experience, PECI-designed programs offer innovative, practical energy efficiency solutions. Incentive programs, managed by our Large Commercial Sector, deliver high performance results: between 2006 and 2008, our four largest programs provided annual energy savings of over 68,000,000 kWh, 505,000 therms, and 13,000 kW in peak demand reduction.
San Diego Retrocommissioning Program
Since launching the pilot program in 2004, PECI has
delivered cost-effective energy savings to San Diego Gas & Electric Company customers. Current program goals include over 12,000,000 kWh in energy savings. Learn more.

For cost-effective energy savings, Southern California Edison customers can rely on us. Leveraging our proven retrocommissioning approach of delivering results, we aim to achieve energy savings of over 23,000,000 kWh.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District Retrocommissioning Program
Our retrocommissioning success across the state of California led the Sacramento Municipal Utility District to select PECI to manage a retrocommissioning program that currently aims to achieve over 3,000,000 kWh in energy savings. Learn more.
Building Tune-Up and Operations (BTO) Program
From 2005-07, PECI Worked closely with Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. implementing the BTO Program which included several retrocommissioning projects, follow-up services for building tune-ups, and boiler tune-ups. Learn more.
